Map Sales offices of the Surveys Department
Located on Victoria Avenue in Blantyre and near to the Golf Club in Lilongwe, the offices sell maps of various scales covering Mulanje. Most popular is the 1:40,000 map published in 1995 by Malawi Government Dept of Surveys. This has accurate representation of relief, huts and major walking routes (though it does not show Chisepo hut which is at ‘shelter’ on the map north of West Peak on route between Thuchila and Chambe huts).
